The product I want is there, but I can't get through to the store to see/buy it. Is the link broken?

I would like to return the product I purchased. How can I do that?

To return a product you purchased, please contact the store from which you purchased it. Show The Shows does not set the store's return policies and practices.
I don't see the product I'm interested in. How can I get it?

If the product your interested in is not included in our database, please let us know by submitting a message through the Contact Us page letting us know. We will research it, put it into our database and let you know.
When will I receive the products I ordered?

We do not control the store's shopping policies and practices. You should contact the store from which you purchased the product and ask them for your delivery information.
I am not happy with the customer service offered by the store from which I am purchasing or have purchased a product.

Show The Shows reviews the customer service record of any of the stores to which it links. If you are not happy with the service you received from a store, please let us know by sending us a message thorough our Contact Us page and we will investigate the store's customer service record further. If we find it is lacking, we will discontinue liking to that store.
The product I want is available through a store different than the one you link to. Can I purchase it through an alternate store?

If you would like to purchase the product through a store different than the one we link to, please let us know by sending us a message through our Contact US page. We will verify that the store is on our approved list and update our store options so that you can purchase through that store.
